Information, not an offer. Everything on this site is general information about our work. Nothing here is a quote, a contract, or professional advice. Projects are priced and agreed only in a written, signed contract.

Pricing. Any pricing that appears on this site, including calculator output, is an estimate subject to a written scope of your specific lot. The signed contract is the only number that binds anyone.

Accuracy. We work to keep this site current, including rules and program details that change over time, but cities amend their codes and we don’t warrant that every page reflects an amendment made yesterday. We confirm current rules for your parcel before contract.

The plan sheets. The downloadable plan sheets are public documents from the City of Boise pre-approved ADU program, provided free, as the City provides them.

Governing law. These terms and anything arising from this site are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
